J&I may guide clients in connecting with trusted independent contractors for production management services, including:​ Fabric & Trim Sourcing

We work with a curated network of domestic and international suppliers to support material development.

 

Services may include:
• Access to curated fabric and trim libraries
• Supplier introductions and vetting
• Fabric performance guidance
• Trim and component sourcing (elastics, hardware, closures, etc.)
• Material compatibility evaluation for production

Objective:
Ensure all materials align with both design intent and production feasibility.

Manufacturing & Supplier Vetting
Clients support in identifying and onboarding the right manufacturing partners.


This may include:
• Domestic or international factory introductions
• Supplier vetting and capability assessment
• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) analysis
• Sampling and production readiness evaluation
• Communication between brand and factory

Cost Sheet Development & Commercial Planning
A successful product requires clear financial structure.
